Board Meeting Minutes.
October 24, 2019
Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Bylaws of the Brittany Homeowners Association, Inc. a meeting of the Directors was duly called and held on October 24, 2019 at the Perry Family YMCA located at 1700 League City Parkway, League City, Texas 77573.
IN ATTENDANCE
Representing the Members of the Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association were the following Board members:
- Lori Armstrong (Treasurer)
- Todd Edwards (President)
- Kimberly Widener (Director)
- Jeramy Roesler (Director)
- James Charo (Vice President)
Representing Spectrum Association Management, LP was:
Community Manager – Tiffany Sanford
DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
A quorum of Board members was announced, and the general session meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M.
BUSINESS
- With a majority vote the Board of Directors approved the 2020 Budget with an assessment amount of $520 per lot and a total assessment income of $664,040.
- The Board approved to proceed with the staining proposal from Streamline with the sample colors provided and no pressure washing of the fence.
- The Board was presented with proposals to replace the Light Pole at the Recreation Center with the proposal from Sixth Man.
- The Board reviewed the statement of values for the insurance renewal and asked Tiffany to review the numbers with the Reserve Study and provide a breakdown.
- The Board approved to proceed with the Landscaping contract proposal from Kiki Landscaping with the addition of trash collection, pet waste station refill and collection, and a code of conduct for the employees working in the association.
With no further business to discuss in the open forum, the general membership was dismissed, and the Board entered executive session at 8:07 P.M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
A Board unanimously approved the requested variance for one account.
ADJOURNMENT
With no other business to discuss, the Board adjourned the meeting at 8:09 P.M.
