Representing the Brittany Lakes HOA Board of Directors were the following people:

- Greg Ellis (Treasurer) not present
- Melissa Kirkland (Secretary)
- Julianna Domokos (Director)
- James Charo (Director)
Representing the managing agent from Spectrum Association Management, LP was the following person:
- Bart Jones (Community Manager)
DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
A quorum of Board members was announced by Bart Jones and the meeting was called to order at 6:36 pm.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
There was 1 homeowner present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Board Meeting Minutes from March 26th, 2015 were approved.
FINANCIAL PACKET
The budget packet was reviewed and approved.
OLD BUSINESS
- Splash Pad General Update – Bart reported lots left to be done but weather permitting should be complete by Memorial weekend
- Splash Pad – ICS Bid for card readers – Approved
- Tennis Court Card Reader – included in above bid
- Splash Pad – Additional Signage and landscaping discussion – Sign was ordered and installed
- Standing Water Bid – Loon Park – Bart was to find out if will drain whole park/area or just swing sets
NEW BUSINESS
- ECM Contract Renewal – 30% percent jump in price – board requested to bid out this contract
- Pressure Wash Monuments Bid – Tony’s – really cheap – approved
- Pressure Wash Columns – add on to above bid
- Board discussed landscaping around pool area – maybe later this year
- BIO – get tree plan for pruning program
- Wires at bridge – OZ to look into
- Check with Iron Shield for better cameras
EXECUTIVE SESSION
- Board discussed taking Legal work out for bid
