Board Meeting Minutes.
February 28, 2013
NOTICE
Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Bylaws of the Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. a meeting of the Directors was duly called and held on February 28, 2013 at the League City Perry Family 
located at 1700 Brittany Bay Boulevard in League City, TX 77573.
IN ATTENDANCE
In attendance representing the Brittany Lakes HOA Board of Directors were Melissa Kirkland, and Greg Ellis. Absent with apologies were Tiffany Vance and Todd Edwards. Also in attendance representing Spectrum Association Management was Jennifer Roberson.
CALL TO ORDER
With no quorum of the Directors present the meeting could not be called to order and no official business was able to be discussed.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
Homeowners present presented their individual ARC needs to Spectrum and the Board for follow-up.
NEW BUSINESS
McKenna Construction
Representatives from McKenna Construction were present to go over their proposal for playground and splashpad projects for the community. The Directors present discussed ideas to help develop a more concise scope of work for these projects and McKenna noted they would take this feedback to finalize project proposals.
NEXT MEETING DATE
The Board agreed to hold the next Board of Director meeting at the Perry Family on March 28th, 2013 @ 6:30pm
ADJOURNMENT
With no further items to discuss the meeting concluded at 8:00p.m.
