Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.
Board Meeting Minutes.
Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Bylaws of the Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. a meeting of the Directors was duly called and held on April 22, 2021 via Zoom meeting.
IN ATTENDANCE
Representing the Members of the Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association were the following Board members:
- Todd Edwards (President)
- James Charo (Vice-President)
- Kim Widener (Secretary)
- Diana Lawless (Member at Large)
Absent with apologies:
- Jeramy Roesler (Member at Large)
Representing Spectrum Association Management, LP was:
Community Manager-Danny Benvin
DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
A quorum of Board members was announced, and the general session meeting was called to order at 6:30pm.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
Homeowner’s present were given the opportunity to present discussion items with the Board. There was discussion from homeowner Brenda regarding the trees on landing and the city work being down at the main entrance of Brittany Lakes.
MINUTES APPROVAL
January meeting minutes were submitted for review, amendments need to reflect correct board positions.
FINANCIAL REPORT
The Board was presented with the March 2021 Financial.
BUSINESS
- The Board was presented with the 2021 Admin calendar for community events and meeting dates.
- The Board was presented with the bids for pressure washing the splash pad, common area around pool and the pool entryway. It was approved by the Board. Todd motioned, James second, all were in favor.
- The board was presented with the proposal for replastering the pool in offseason. The bid was tabled due to the timeline and will revisit in November.
- The Board was presented with the bid from Classic sports on the tennis courts wind nets. Todd motioned, James second, and all were in favor.
With no further business to discuss in the open forum, the general membership was dismissed, and the Board entered executive session at 7:22pm.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board reviewed items in executive session related to escalated collection and deed restriction matters.
ADJOURNMENT
With no other business to discuss, the Board adjourned the meeting at 8:22 P.M.
