The Brittany Lakes Homeowners Association has a contract with Spectrum Association Management to perform administrative and management functions for our community. Their functions include such matters as:
- Accounting services for HOA funds, including dues assessments and collections.
- Management of common area maintenance service contracts, such as landscaping and swimming pool operation.
- Enforcement of covenants (deed restrictions).
- Schedule, arrange, and facilitate organizational meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and committee meetings.

Deed Restriction violations must be reported in writing, by postal mail or using the “Report a Violation” Form on the Spectrum web site. The link is as follows: http://www.spectrumam.com/violations. Please include the house number and street, dates, and a description of the violation. The person reporting the violation must provide their name, address, and contact information before action can be taken on the report.
Swimming pool information is provided on its own page of this web site. In the event your pool tag is lost, stolen or you need a replacement, please call Spectrum at (281) 343-9178.

Annual Dues
The annual dues, sometimes called maintenance fees, are set each year by the HOA Board of Directors based on budget projections. Payment is a contractual requirement assumed by each home owner during the closing on their house. Dues are currently $600.00 per year, payable by January 1st. Statements are sent out to each home owner by Spectrum Association Management about 2-3 months before the due date.
Payments should be sent to Brittany Lakes HOA, c/o Spectrum Association Management, P.O. Box 299008, Lewisville, TX 75029 before the due date. Accounts become delinquent if not paid by January 31st and interest and collection expenses accrue until the account is paid in full.
