Wind turbines preferably should either be a color which will blend with the shingle color instead of unfinished aluminum, or be painted to match the shingle color and positioned on the rear slope of the roof structure so as not to be visible from the fronting street. Ridge vents should be of a color which will blend with the shingle color.
