ARC Guidelines – Birdhouse

Only one birdhouse pole per residence is allowed. Birdhouse must be placed toward the middle of back yard and not visible from the fronting street. Maximum allowable height is twelve feet (12′). Must be mounted on 2″ diameter metal pipe painted white or black.
