Representing the Brittany Lakes HOA Board of Directors were the following people:

- Greg Ellis (Treasurer)
- Melissa Kirkland (Secretary)
- Julianna Domokos (Director)
- James Charo (Director) not present
Representing the managing agent from Spectrum Association Management, LP was the following person:
- Bart Jones (Community Manager)
DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
A quorum of Board members was announced by Bart Jones and the meeting was called to order at 6:48 pm.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
There was 1 homeowner present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Board Meeting Minutes from February 26th, 2015 were approved.
FINANCIAL PACKET
The budget packet was reviewed and approved.
OLD BUSINESS
- Tree Project – Lynn’s Landscaping to start next week – check already received
- Replace Tree – Add to the tree project
- Light Easement Contract – Update – TNMP sent us a new contract to sign for the easement they want in the back of the neighborhood
- Splash Pad Update – Bart reported that rain has delayed concrete being poured and is expected to happen toward the end of next week
- Reserve Study – End in sight – Bart provided additional information to assist in finishing report
NEW BUSINESS
- Bid coming for monument cleaning – mold mostly
- Spring Fling this weekend – all vendors paid
- Main Park – water fountain and sprayer repaired
- ECM – treated parks for ants and cleaned park to get ready for Spring Fling
- ECM – has been asked to find out what water is standing in Loon Park under swings
- McKenna to power wash benches
- Bart was told to eliminate the DSL line into the pool house
- Bart will move money into a separate account for the loan repayment amount
- Order new trash cans for Splash Pad – get quotes for 2 benches/tables
- Order sign for Splash Pad and Park
- Autumn is setting up movie night with Gulf Coast for this summer
- Mosquito spraying – try for tomorrow night
- Move oleanders off of League City Pkwy? Partner with Brittany Bay? Replace with small shrubs?
- Have wrought iron checked at end of cul de sacs to add to iron work at pool
- Pull Bio invoice from last year and see what needs trimming next form original bid
- Check pet waste stations per letter from homeowner
EXECUTIVE SESSION
- Legal Update – Bart included attorney activity file for March
